Does my Fence Installation require a permit?

Indian River and Brevard County require permits for new fence installs and most repairs. We handle the entire process from obtaining permits to scheduling inspections.

What other documents or paperwork may I need?

All municipalities require a property survey in order to apply for a permit. 

Do I have to be home the day of the installation?

It is preferred but not necessary as long as we have signed off on the fence layout.  It is also a good time for us to answer any last minute questions.  We do ask for someone to be home when the install is complete so you can sign off on your project and pay the remaining balance due.

How soon will my fence be installed?

We are proud to offer fast turn around times for any project.  Most of our fences are able to be installed within 4 weeks.  During peak season that time may vary, but we are faster than most of the companies out there.  So don't wait to get your project started - it could be complete before you know it.  

Will my fence require any maintenance?

The level of maintenance for your fence depends on which product you choose. Vinyl is one of the easiest fence and deck materials to maintain. It is extremely sun and weather resistant due to UV-resistant additives and other features. To clean it, you only need to rinse it down with a hose or brush it off. Wood, wrought iron, aluminum fences, and chain-link fences may need a little more work and might even require professional repair at times.   We also provide limited lifetime material warranties for our PVC and aluminum products and we back all manufacturer warranties. 

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, or credit card.  We add a 3% convenience fee to all credit card transactions.  Our estimating and invoicing app provides a link for home owner financing.  We are not affiliated and not involved in the decision making process to extend credit.  We do require at least a 35% deposit when you sign a contract and the balance is due upon completion of the job.

Are you Licensed and Insured?

Yes we are licensed to do business in Indian River and Brevard Counties.

Do I have to file a Notice of Commencement?

If your Fence Installation is in excess of $2500 a Notice of Commencement is required to be filed with your county clerk's office. As a courtesy we handling the filing of that Notice.  It is also required to schedule an inspection.
